Emily Givens concentrates her practice in real estate redevelopment for municipalities and private developers; commercial development applications to local Zoning and Planning Boards; and local government law. Emily also has experience litigating land use and redevelopment cases in State and Federal courts.
Emily has represented developers and builders before many Land Use Boards throughout the State, as well as successfully processed all Federal and State development approvals for wetland and environmental issues, coastal regulation,
Ms. Givens is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is also an active member of her community. She coaches travel soccer for the Haddon Heights Soccer Club and girls’ softball for the Haddon Heights Youth Association. She is also a founding member of the Haddon Heights Neighbors Night Out Committee and a Haddon Heights PTG member and room parent.
